Contract renewal
My contract ends today, all I want to do is sign up for same package I currently have. No idea what out of contract charges will be. Keep getting redirected to their offers page but I don't want to add or reduce. I have accessed contact links provided by other community users but again this only takes me back to Sky's package offers, have also tried ignoring the bot to no avail.

Re: Contract renewal
Give Sky a call.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

If your minimum term ends today then you have already paid out of contract prices as you are billed monthly in advance.
Look at your future bills as you will be able to see the cost. (But it's simply your package now without discounts)
