Contract renewal

I have recently moved house & reduced my tv package. I have just looked on my account & it tells me my contracts ending soon. I thought it had been renewed for 18 months? 
I'm not able to speak to a human

To clear this up you will have to call Sky as only they can answer this for you as we are customers here who help each other. 

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

"Moving home will not impact your TV contract, it will continue as normal.

If you have phone and broadband however, this will be a new contract as we have to cancel the line at the current address and take a new one in the new address."
