Contract problem
Hello we call you on 13th February and we sign new agreement for 27 ppm and today you charge me with 50 pounds again

This is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here.
Check your future bills to see if it reflects what you are expecting. Bills are generated 14 days before your payment date so the payment taken today was generated on or about the 10th, so before you spoke to Sky.

^ This. The bill was already generated and Sky only move forward with their billing. If everything's correct then the next bill should see any appropriate credit applied.
As noted, check future bills. If they're not as expected call Sky...
Also bear in mind there's a pending general price increase which you may not have factored in?
