After being on the phone for almost an hour & a half to sort out a new contract, not only have I been charged 3 extra £10 charges (which were not agreed) my bill is still different to the contract by £16 a month.
I was days away from cancelling my contract after 6 years & now I'm back to square 1.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHave you checked future bills? Do they reflect the amount you were expecting to be paying?
Admin charges are usually added to discounted deals (new or on renewal), and it’s normally £10 per discount. Again, check your future bills and see if the charges have been credited back. Otherwise, if you negotiated the deal on the phone and these admin charge(s) weren’t mentioned contact Sky again. They should be able to listen back on your original call and if they weren’t mentioned they will hopefully cancel them.

I've checked future bills & they are higher than the contract prices & no refund of the 3 x admin charges .
