I was promised a discount on the phone for a Samsung tablet- reduction from £7 to 50p a month as way of apology as my phone still hasn't arrived from a week ago ordered. Sounded great! I accepted and signed but the contract reads £7 not 50p. Has this happened to anyone else?

@Rachael119 Was this discount offered via a call from Sky or during one you made to Sky? If it was the former then it's highly likely to be a scam, if it was the latter then you will need to call again, it surprises me that Sky offered such a huge discount and are almost giving away the tablet.
