Contract extended

Hello. I just noticed that my contract has somehow been extended until June 9, 2027. However, I originally signed a one-year contract in December 2026 at a rate of 30 euros per month.
Now I see that the price is changing to 60 euros for the period from December 2026 to June 2027.

I did not receive any notification about these changes, or the information provided was incorrect.

Could you please explain why these changes occurred? The 60 euro price is not acceptable to me.

@Andrii3  Your post has been moved from the email board as you're not emailing Sky by posting there, that is intended for Sky/Yahoo email account related issues.

Sky also don't do 12 month minimum terms they were previously 18 months for TV & Broadband, now 24 months.

You'll need to call Sky in relation to these charges as this is a customer helps customer community.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Andrii3

As you mention euros I presume you're in the Republic of Ireland. The Customer Services phone lines aren't open at a weekend for ROI customers so if you need to call you need to try on Monday.
