Contract expiring

My contract is expiring . I dont want to do monthly rollover, but I dont want to continue with what I have. Id like to tweak things. I am shown , nor given the opportunity to see how much the renewal will cost, if I keep as it is. Or to change some of the services. I want to sort this before contract ends, so if needed I can find a new provider ready for the change, Very poor information and communication from sky regarding this

@Stev25  You will need to call Sky or use the following link https://www.sky.com/help/home/your-account/my-account-and-subscription/cancelling/cancel-my-subscrip...

Scroll down to the Contact Us section, select I need more help, all the relevant options to contact Sky will be provided.

You can also call on 150 from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk line

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

If you don't see the Contact options on the link above make sure java script is enabled on your browser.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

To negotiate a new discount deal. or change your subscription, you'll need to give Sky a call. If you do nothing, you'll be paying list price when your current contract ends.

Hi @Stev25   Have a look at your future bills on the Sky Q box to see what the price will be if you do nothing. Note minimum term expiring, not contract, which will continue until you give 31 days notice to leave.
