@Angela+McLeod that will happen automatically once your discount period is over. It will be more expensive.

Hi @Angela+McLeod   It is your minimum term that has ended, not your contract which will only end once you give Sky the required notice 14/31 days. If your minimum term has expired then you automatically go on to a 31 day rolling contract.

Hi @Angela+McLeod   Do nothing, then your new contract is a 31 day rolling contract, cancel anytime by giving notice.

Re: Contract ended

How do I pay my bill ?
I don't want another contract as we are selling our house as only want to pay monthly.

There's always a contract.

What you actually mean is 'minimum term discount'.  (Where you can't cancel without early termination charges)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi @Angela+McLeod   You appear to be confusing Contract with Minimum Term. You are always in contract until you give notice to cancel. Your payment continues to be collected as when you were in the minimum term but obviously more.
