I have been phoning the sky team relentlessly over the weekend to try and sort an issue I'm having with sky continuously trying to take payment from my bank account every single day. I have been informed that it was because my payment was late but I have paid the £10 late fee. I am now being charged everyday for the subscription even after paying it and no one is doing anything about it. Every night about 9-10pm it get charged £20. Well today and yesterday it was £7.50 but the other 3 days since paying my bill i am being charged. Luckily I have taken everything out my bank but this is causing my a massive inconvenience and also sky is trying to steal money from me.
