Continuing to charge after left
I canceled amd paid my final bill but you are still trying to bill me and sending reminders to pay.
Please fix this.

How and when did you cancel?
Did you receive an email from Sky acknowledging the cancellation?

We're you still in contact when you cancelled your subscription did you give the correct notice when you cancelled did you call to cancel
For tv subscription you need to give 31 days notice and for broadband subscription it 14 days if you were still in contact with any of these then you will have fees to pay and as already said did you get a confirmation email from sky about the cancellation
