Contacting Sky

Have had a few fruitless calls to Sky to try to change operating problems. After being transferred to different departments I gave up as no further forward. Wanted to commit my case to email so it's clearly set out and the basis for my dispute. . It seems Sky don't want me to send emails or similar, they prefer calls or Sky chat which is not what I want.

Hoping others have found an effective way of getting a written statement into the hands of Sky, which at the moment seems impossible?

@Geoffbee

I'm not quite sure what your issue is but if you want you can fill in this form to register a complaint as this then gives Sky up to 8 weeks to resolve it for you or to issue you with a deadlock letter so you can take it further:

Thanks for your reply. Not specifically complaint, but frustrating not have been able to move issue forward after numerous calls.
Will use your suggestion if no other options show up

Perhaps if you explain what the 'operating problems' are we can advise.

Sky don't use email for general communication.
