Contacting Customer Service from Ireland about billing
Hi,
I live in Ireland and I am trying to contact a customer service representative to discuss a change in my digital tv service packages and I have not been able to get through to the number Sky chose to make difficult to find [the number I have used is [Removed]. I have been unable to get through to this number at all - even getting on a queue would be an achievement at this stage. i'm not a member of X/Twitter [due to privacy concerns] so that avenue of contact is not open to me. So, out of pure frustration I'm forced to make contact through a public forum like this. Sky Customer service is beyond words and I'm seriously considering just stopping payment and cancelling the account.
Can someone help me please ?
Moderator notes: Removed phone number

Re: Contacting Customer Service from Ireland about billing
That number is the UK number. There is an 0818 number for ROI customers.
To call Sky dial 150 (free) from either a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile. Alternatively use this link…
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ leading to a number starting 0333.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ to see a dedicated ROI number. (Customer Services in the ROI are not open at weekends).
The forum filters don’t allow the posting of full phone numbers on here.
Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
Sky customer since 2001

NOTE: I only provide help on the forums and NOT via PM
