Connection to services

My direct debit didn't go through, I paid yesterday and it said that it would take up to 24hours to have signal again. It is past the 24 hours and still no tv signal

If your direct debit failed for whatever reason then Sky will automatically try again in 10 days time so there should not have been the need to pay it manually yourself as you did so what is now showing on your account here regarding this bill:
