Confused
i signed up for the Sky Streaming and a Broadband switch, received everything from contact information to delivery dates. Literally a second after I place the order I received an email saying sorry that you cancelled the TV and Broadband etc. I never cancelled nothing

Your best bet is to contact Sky via phone. This is a customer forum and we can't definitively help.
It could be you failed a credit check, a systems glitch etc. Only Sky can tell you for sure.
