Concern re increase in broadband costs

My braodnand costs have increased from £25 per month to £46. I was told that the costs would go from £25 to £35 which I felt was a huge increase but you are taking £46 from my account

@Wilma3 You are speaking to fellow customers on here, not directly to Sky.

If you are out of contract now you can ask Sky to look at lowering the price or move to another supplier who'll give you a new customer discount.

How and when were you told this?  (If it was when you originally took out your discounted deal then that price is not guaranteed and is subject to increases too - but the bigger issue is likely to be the cessation of your discounts)

Either switch or negotiate a new deal.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
