Complaint

Hi, its Sky.

We have an update regarding your account. Please return to the previous chat so we can confirm the details with you.

If we don't hear from you within 4 days, the case will be closed. 
recieved this message but there has been no advisors available to speak to for the past 4 days

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If the 4 days have elapsed I would suggest calling Sky asap to find out what the update is.

That is  ridiculous if you contact Sky customer service and get past the automated system you will be put though to a customer service advisor. In some case there may be a short wait if it a busy period  but from experience I have always been able to speak to a advisor any time I wanted to call there has never been a time between the hours of 9 in the morning till  9 at night when there has been no one available to talk.
