This is a customer helps customer community, no can ring you, no one knows who greg is.

 

You will need to recontact Sky .  You also need to follow the correct routes if you wish to raise a complaint https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
