Complaint

I have tried twice today to get through to customer services as I literally can't afford my bill going up significantly ( over £20 pcm )

both times I've been put on hold for 15 mins plus then they say they can help !! I am a pensioner and been a sky customer for over 20 years . I know it's New Year's Day but I'm worried that I will not be able to afford sky anymore and it's a lifeline to me and my partner . What do I do ?

@Chall32

Call them again tomorrow and let them know that due to the increasing costs you would like to cancel which appears to be your only option and you would only be able to do this if you are not in a contract. 14 days notice is required is to cancel broadband and talk and 31 days for Sky TV.
