Complaint made online

I emailed sky regarding an issue where they issued me with a default for unpaid fees, Which i was unawaer of when i exited my contract. No phone calls, emails or letters. and i only discovered this when i re-joined sky, and i paid the unpaid monies, i have asked if there is anything that can be done to correct the information on my credit report as i believe this was an error on skys part as i exited my contract on the terms they set and belived the account was exited in good standing. I have recieved an email 2 days ago to say someone will look into this and come back to me . I have now recieved an email to say they havent been able to contact me(dispite me missing no calls from the time the complaint was made) It says my complaint will be closed down so i really need to speak with someone to see what is happening with this. I hope some one can help.

Re: Complaint made online

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@Anonymous  Thsi is customer helps customer community you'll need to call Sky to discuss your complaint.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
