  • I am contacting you to formally complain about an additional £15 charge that has been taken from my bank account today.

In August, I signed up for the Brodband TV and Netflix package advertised at £35 per month. At the time of taking out the package, I was clearly under the impression that the TV service was included in the £35 monthly price.

I have now been charged an additional £15 for TV, which I do not believe is correct and was not expecting.

Please investigate my account and explain why this additional charge has been taken. If TV is included in my £35 package, I expect the £15 charge to be refunded promptly and my account to be corrected so that I am not charged this amount again.

If Sky believes this charge is correct, please provide a clear explanation of the terms and pricing I agreed to when I signed up in August.

Second think what about installation of my Sky Broadband service.

When I signed up, I was informed that an engineer would come on 28 May to install the internet. Unfortunately, there were problems with the installation because a new pole needs to be installed near our house before the connection can be completed.

At the moment, I am still with BT and my current contract/service is due to end on 22 September.

I would therefore like to know when my Sky Broadband will actually be connected. I am particularly concerned about what will happen after 22 September if the Sky installation has still not been completed.

Could you please provide me with an update on the current situation and give me a realistic estimated date for when the installation will be completed?

I also need to know whether Sky will ensure that I am not left without an internet connection after my BT service ends on 22 September.

Please treat this as urgent and provide me with a clear answer regarding the installation and what arrangements will be made if there are further delays.

@Kamila83 unfortunately this is a customer Community. It’s unlikely that Sky will respond here.

As said this a pulic forum made up of users just like your. self . You need to contact Sky direct  to sort out you problem.

I should add though Sky advertising bundles broadband and Tv together. In reality they are two separate accounts with separate billing and payments and not necessarily taken on the same date. Though two amount add together should  add up to the bundle price offered . Therefore you need to contact Sky to find out about  why they are charging the extra amount.
