Re: Compensation,
@JOHNHOLMES
In case you aren’t aware this is a customer to customer forum and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here.
The below link explains the Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation
If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when you notify Sky of the fault, you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account (new rates apply from 01/04/24 of £9.76 per day).

Re: Compensation,
Sky will have worked out what you will have paid for your services for the month you were without them so if your monthly bill is around £156 then that compensation could be able right, if you believe it is wrong then you would need to take this up with them.
Btw, this is a customer helps customer forum so you are not talking directly to Sky.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

No need to shout (all capitals). I've replied above. As we are customers we don't necessarily post immediately.

Re: Compensation,
@JOHNHOLMES you don't say which services, but if it's Sky Broadband and Sky Talk, it's highly unlikely that Sky will offer you more than the OFCOM scheme mandates.
