Compensation after an Outage
I recently had an Outage in my area, this lasted from August 20th and was fixed earlier today (August 30th).
After talking to a Sky support agent online they told me I'd only be getting compensation of £13.66? This seems very low to me and does not go with what I've read about daily compensation of £10.34.
It's also worth noting that on the day when the outage started the Sky app already had this issue marked as reported.

Re: Compensation after an Outage
This link explains all about this:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation
They key bit being this:
After you’ve told us your broadband and/or talk isn’t working at all, we have two full working days to fix it. If it’s not fixed, we’ll pay you £10.34 for each day until it is.
It also starts from the 3rd full working day so doesn't include the weekend.
