Compensation Payments

I've been told I am getting over £900 as compensation as a credit in my account.

in view of the amount I would prefer this to be paid into my bank account - how can I achieve this?

You would need to speak to Sky about this as you are just telling us customers on here. If they will not refund you then the £900 will remain on your account until it has been used to pay your bills.
