Why do Sky make it so difficult to communicate about contracts? Deterrent I guess but it doesn't do them any good at all. WhatsApp charges, apps that don't work properly and phone agents who speak so quickly that it's difficult to follow and understand. Is there am email address that can be used?

Sky don't use email as a general method of communication.
