Claiming back termination fee from previous provider

Had to terminate BT for  SKY and had to pay early termination fee. Was told I can claim it back from sky . How do I do this

To a maximum of £100 for broadband and another £100 for subscription television (if a move from BT/EE TV to Sky Television is involved)

Offer is available when switching to Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream.
