Claiming back termination fee from previous provider

Had to terminate BT for  SKY and had to pay early termination fee. Was told I can claim it back from sky . How do I do this

  • Switching to Sky TV? - We’ll credit you up to £100*
  • Switching to Sky TV & Broadband? - We’ll credit you up to £300*

Offer is available when switching to Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream.
