Claim credit from final bill

I was charged via direct debit for the next billing period even after giving more than 30 days notice that I was cancelling the broadband service subscription. I had cancelled the direct debit payment after that as I didn't want to keep being charged even after I stopped using the service. Now that amount is showing on my profile account as credit. 
How do I get the money back as I have moved overseas and do not own local phone number anymore (other than chèque method and through PayIt NatWest)? The bank account I used to make the payment is still active.

We could usually help you via here by escalating your post to Sky about this but for the next week or so this is not available so you will have to contact them yourself.

@Zaz00 as you've cancelled your direct debit, Sky can only make a refund by cheque.

If you can wait until the messaging service is back online then yes we can escalate this but as I said above that is not for another week or so and when we do they will ask you to restore your direct debit so they can they can issue the refund via it.
