Charged twice
I paid my WiFi bill a day late And for some reason instead of a £10 late fee I was charged twice as they said they took money out my account and put it back but according to my Monzo no money left my account because there was none in there... I was curious as to wether this is normal or wether I should call the billing team as I can't afford to pay £50 for a WiFi bill.
