I switched from BT to Sky and was advised by the Sky advisor on call that any charges for termination will be paid by sky. All I had to do was provide evidence of the charges.
I have paid these charges however am not sure where I can send the evidence to that sky can reimburse me the charges

Note it's not 'any charges': there's a limit of £100 for broadband, and a separate £100 for subscription television (if relevant)
