Afternoon all,
After switching from Sky Q to Sky Stream, I had to return my equipment (Sky Q 2TB and 2 mini boxes).
These were all sent back, and there are 6(!!) messages in My Sky saying thank you for the returns.
Now I've had an email to say the 2 mini boxes haven't been returned, and a charge of £50 each will be payable.
I have proof of posting; can someone please escalate this to Sky?

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team may contact you later today or tomorrow.
Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.

Hi guys,
Last week I was advised to come back and request escalation again today due to the stage of my billing cycle at the time.
Could a SU please re-escalate this one?

This has been escalated to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this within the next 48 hours via a colourful chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
You may need to refresh your browser for the chat bubble to appear.
