Charged for sky box i returned

Hi I have returned my sky box but I seem to have been charged for not returning? I sent this back way before Christmas

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

  • Because it was sent so long ago I cant find my receipt as I haven't heard anything back until now well over a month after I sent it

As you haven't kept your proof of posting any cancellation of non return fees will be at Skys discretion. Give them a call and plead your case.
