Charged for returned box
I returned sky broadband box after experiencing a number of problems with sky broadband. I received email and app notification saying the parcel I returned was on its way back to sky. Now I have been charged for non return. I have the receipt. I am quite annoyed at the incompetence of sky and feel that it is a company that is exploiting consumers. I have wasted many hours communicating with customer services about one problem or another.

Thanks I contacted them and told them I was going to report them to a consumer watchdog for taking money I didn't owe. They gave me my money back.

They reimbursed you as you had proof you'd sent the equipment back. It wouldn't have been because you made threats to go to a consumer watchdog but glad you got it sorted.

They has proof I had made the return before they took money off me as they confirmed the return was on it's way back to them. Thanks
