Charged despite cancelling!

Hi, I cancelled broadband and tv, and have sent back equipment. I have been charged for broadband this month. I would like a refund as soon as possible - and to ensure no further payments are taken!

Have you had email confirmation of cancellation of both services?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
