Charge for Wifi

I canceled all services for sky last month an was told  a last payment of £72 would be taken whicjh it was i have now been charged £50.50 for wiifi which should have been cancelled at the same time.

Yes all came through on emails the last payment of £72 should have included wifi

Did you receive confirmation of cancellation?

 

(Billing can continue longer than expected due to notice periods and in advance charging)

We can't see your account.  Either the following bill will generate a credit or there's an issue - best you call Sky to confirm which.
