Early in October I used the mysky app to remove two extras from my sky stream. They were the 4K and add skipping add-ons. I went through the procedure and the app said they would both be removed as from 8 October. This happened, but Sky is still charging me for them, which is a total of £11 a month. I have made two phone calls to Sky to get this sorted out, but with no success. Not sure what to do now.
