Could I change my package from SKY SIGNATURE AND NETFLIX to SKY ESSENTIALS PLUS NETFLIX FOR £15?

No sorry  1 is for sky q the other  is for sky stream I e sky glass tv  or sky puck

If you are on Sky Q then the Essentials package (Retailing at £15) is only free-to-view channels.  (No NetFlix or Discovery)

The £15 offer you are referring to is likely to be Essentials package for new customers only (For Streaming service not Q).
