Changing my current plan

I made an arrangement with sky to reduce my package, I was told to wait until after the 17th to cancel my current plan as I had already paid for the month October to November. I cancelled my direct debit to set up new plan, I want to set up the agreed new service but Inow I'm being asked to pay for the full month of December at my old plan rate. shouldn't have to pay the full amount for the November to December plan as that wasn't supposed to continue

Obviously no one here knows what was agreed with Sky but failing to pay the amount may cause you issues.  If your account is not restricted then I would call them asap.  Sounds a very strange arrangement...

That isn't a good idea as it will cause you further issues.

Re: Changing my current plan

Sky is totally incompetent if one needs to adjust the service.

Re: Changing my current plan

I wish to reduce my Sky package for a limited period, but Sky seems incapable of accommodating this reasonable request.  Sky's Incompetence rules!

Feel free what you want to explain more about what you want to change and why you are having issues.

Changes require notice periods and may not be changed if subject to a minimum term...
