Re: Changes when not agreed upon

From the start..... ordered a samsung tablet with 'free buds' , tablet arrived, buds did not. They were meant to come at the same time. Was told that they would arrive within 30 days. They did not. Rang to question it. Sky employee apologised and proceeded to placate me with a whole host of discounts as part of said apology. Including amending my sky multiroom for a cheaper price. Recieved 2 emails. 1. Saying multiroom discount had been applied. The 2nd one saying i had agreed to cancel the multiroom and would be recieving boxes to send the boxes back. Which i never agreed to. Spoke to sky this morning... resulting in i now have to wait for a 'team' to press a button/key to reactivate my multiroom, which can take days. Serioudly not happy, been with sky for almost 30 years. Service is pants to say the least

It should never take days  it never used to, in fact when I have contacted sky about activating any thing  the advisor has  pressed a couple of butts on her keyboard and though they say  it take up to 24 hours to take  affect in reality it happens within minutes.
