Change Sky ID email address

Hello

I recently rejoined Sky last month and they've associated my package to my old Sky ID account. 

When signing up I provided the agent my new email address, however some emails from sky have gone into my old email, and some into my new email. 

I thought I'd create a new Sky ID and try and link my account, but it won't let me associate my account as it's already associated with another Sky ID. 

 

I tried to change my 'household email address' within my old Sky ID account to my new email however this won't work as it says an existing sky ID with that email already exists. 

 

Is anyone able to shed any light on how I can change the email or associate my account to the new sky ID.

If you want to use the same email address on the account you already had then it needs to be removed from the new ID you created.
