Cannot login, fails at Postcode

Hi,

I have been trying to login to my Sky account, It accepts my email and password and gets stuck at error with postcode please try again. Try as i might no joy.

Is there anyway to resolve this ?

Yes, the Sky web page however points me here.

Do you know an alternate way to contact them other then going through the dreaded phone help line ?
