Cannot log in to my sky app

I want to change my WiFi password. But to do this I have read that I need to do this via the my sky app. Unfortunately everytime I open the my sky app, I get a message saying postcode, which I enter, and then it asks for 2 digits of either my account number via direct debit payments or 2 digits from my bank card, both of which are to confirm the purchase of sky glass!? I haven't got sky glass so I am really confused. I haven't tried several digits, both my account number digits and even my bank card digits but to no prevail. 
please can anyone help? 
I have the white sky max hub and I think that ever since I got this I cannot log in to the my sky app and I'm so frustrated as getting hold of someone from sky to actually ask is beyond impossible.
