Cannot change content packs in the Sky App
Hi there
I've just switched from Sky Q to Sky Stream on a rolling contract. Previously I was able to upgrade or downgrade my subscriptions (Disney +, HBO Max etc.) on the My Sky app. Since moving to Stream this is not possible and I can't seem to remove Ad Skipping either? The button to manage content packs is greyed out
Is this just a temporary thing or is it not possible using Stream?
thanks.

Hi @BertieG it should certainly be possible with Stream to add/remove third party app subscriptions and additional content packs like ad-skipping and UHD ( particularly as all these work solely on a monthly rolling contract).
Just a thought but how long have you had Stream for, and have you been billed for the first month yet? I'm wondering if the billing system requires a first bill generated before those options are enabled.

Thanks Mark. I've only had the puck for a few days so you might be right, I will wait til I've paid the first bill and check then.
