Cancelled subscription whilst out of contract but still being billed ?
I cancelled my sky subscription which included Sky TV, Sky Talk and Sky Broadband in July 2025 . I was not in a contract at that stage. I returned all required Sky Equipment in July. I no longer have Sky. I have a new service provider. I am still being billed by Sky for Sky Signature. Why is this? How do I get a refund? How can I stop being billed? I tried phoning you but was unable to speak to anyone. There is no other way of contacting you.

How did you cancel the TV contract?

And… did you receive an email from Sky acknowledging the TV cancellation?
If you used the One Touch method of moving your broadband this does not cancel a TV subscription.

On the 8th of July they messaged me by text requesting return of equipment, which I did. They acknowledged return of equipment on July 21st.

Returning loaned equipment isn't evidence of cancelling so how did you cancel?

That's not confirmation that TV was cancelled.
How did you cancel the TV service?

Hi @Deirdre12 It is a very common problem where people switch broadband and home phone and don't realise that Sky TV is not part of the switching process. That has to be cancelled through Sky.
