My sky glass account has been cancelled due to non payment of bill as I was in between jobs. If I pay the outstanding amount now will my tv package be reinstated

If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. (If you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your contract).

Then unfortunately it would appear your payment history might have been the deciding factor. Only Sky can confirm they won't reinstate it.
