Cancelled Sky TV and still waiting for credit

I cancelled my Sky TV in October and I'm still awaiting credit back from final bill. Please can you advise when I'll receive that back? Thank you

If you can confirm that this credit is on your account we can alert Sky's messaging team for you who will send you a private message via here tomorrow as they should be able to issue this refund for you.

If your payment method is still active (used to pay Sky) refunds usually take up to 6 weeks from your last day of connection. If your payment method has been cancelled Sky will have to manually raise a cheque, usually involving a back office team, and post it to you so it’ll take longer.

I no longer have sky so the bank details may not be on the account now. How do I raise the issue to get a cheque?

Under those circumstances the Messaging Team on here won't be able to assist so you'll need to call Sky to chase this up.

ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a dedicated 0818 ROI number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

The start will be automated which may try to send you here to the forum or suggest you receiving a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.
