Cancelled Contract

Good morning

 

I cancelled my sky TV subscription but still seem to be getting billed for it

 

They have turned off the online chat for some reason and can't get through on the phone.

Can anyone help

@Teaf  When did you cancel? Did you receive an email confirming the cancellation?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

How long ago did you cancel?

Did you receive email confirmation of the cancellation from Sky?
