Cancellation

I have cancelled my Sky package, but was put through to retentions without realising 😳 I now have a date to return items.

is there any way to renegotiate? Or will I receive a new offer ? Loyal customer 35years plus 🙄

Im not sure what you are asking, if you have cancelled your services then Sky usually sends packaging out near the end of the cancellation notice period of 31 days for TV or 14 days for Broadband/Talk so if you haven't received it then you can use whatever boxes you have or can get as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.

Either wait and see if they do offer you something or make the call yourself.

 

I've renegotiated before within my notice period.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Ok, call and negotiate if you do want to stay.

 

A 'chance to reconsider' after cancelling may or may not happen.

Its not always a gurantee that you will be offered any better deals once you have put in a cancellation request. Some customers have had success, others have been offered deals once the account has been completed cancelled and services stopped and some customers don't recieve anything once they have cancelled.
