Cancellation sky

Hi my account .i cancelled the subscription on 16/07/2025 and i sent broadband Hub back to you on 7/18/2025 but i still got charged for august and september 22025can you please check

Do you see a credit now on your account for this overpayment ?

 

is your account now closed so did you receive an email acknowledgment of your cancellation?

In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

 

How did you cancel? Did Sky send you an email acknowledging the cancellation?

I haven't got email 

acknowledgment of your cancellation?

but after calling I get email and address to return broadband hub, and i have sent it
