Cancellation reund

How do I receive my TV streaming and broadband refunds when it says to be used towards my next bill after cancelling Sky on Dec 15th? I am owed over £100 which is a lot of money to me.

Refunds seem to be taking longer than the usual 6 weeks from your last day of connection.

We can help get it refunded within 3-5 working days via the Community Messaging Team on here if you wish. Let us know on this thread if you want to do that.

If however your payment method has been cancelled Sky will either have to reinstate your payment method or manually raise a cheque via a back office team and post it to you so that will take much longer.

Before we can escalate it to Sky please confirm in your reply that it’s currently showing as a credit on your Sky account and if the payment method is still active.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
https://community.sky.com/t5/Did-you-know/Escalating-a-post-to-a-Sky-expert/ba-p/3711147

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

Sky streaming refund

Thankyou for help in getting my Sky TV & broadband credit refunded. Unfortunately I still have a small Sky streaming credit that seems to have been missed off. I am confused as to why this hasn't been dealt with at the same time. Does this come from a different place?

I have moved your post into your original thread to provide history to this. Did you call Sky or did you receive an invite to chat with the Messaging Team that @caesarome requested?

Re: Sky streaming refund

Hi. Sorry for the late reply. I spoke on the phone with Sky. I presumed they were dealing with both of my refunds but only the broadband one came through to my account yesterday. I am still waiting for the streaming credit which was around £18 if i recall correctly.

Is the amount for the Stream cancellation still showing as a credit on the Sky account?
