Cancellation of my broadband
I have been trying to get my broad band cancellation bill which must include my name my address and account number. Also it must be in pdf But when I speak to.someone they don't seem to understand. They send a bill but it doesn't have my details and it keeps getting rejected by EE Please help

@Cardiff43 you should be able to generate a pdf yourself go to https://www.sky.com/bill?irct=mysky-chp-bill sign in and open the bill you need go down to generate a pdf which should show the account number name and address.
