Hi I have been charged for monthly payment yet I have cancelled with sky and moved to a new provider.please can you let me know when the payment will be reversed?
also please advise when I will receive return information to return the equipment

Did you receive email confirmation from Sky acknowledging the cancellation?

Don't know if it applies in your case, but note that switching to a different ISP doesn't cancel subscription television from Sky (even where the new ISP offers television service)
